Right now, my book An Irresistible Force is is available in three libraries near me through a special local author program. I was so excited to see the book in a library, that I visited and took a photo. My baby!
Even more exciting was finding out that people were borrowing my book. Friends and strangers. Recently I’ve “come out” to a few friends about being a romance author and they’ve started reading my books. So far, the comments have been along the lines of “Wow, there was a surprising amount of sex!” I’m not sure if this is good or bad.
But having my books in libraries gave me such a big thrill, that I decided I’d try to get into more libraries. So I changed my Amazon print books to extended distribution. My ebooks were already available on Overdrive.
So if you’d like to have my books in your local library, you can submit requests to your librarian.
